Having worked in commercial and athlete marketing, Alice pairs experience with a passion for sport. When not working she’s putting the rest of the team to shame in training and racing on the bike.

With a wealth of experience in social media, marketing and cycling events management, Amy heads up the PaceUp social media team.

Chris is a crucial part of the PR team here, and if you’ve read anything about any of our cycling client partners in endemic press, then there’s a 90% chance he’s the one making it happen. He also knows 100% of all memes on the World Wide Web. We love Chris, almost as much as he loves spending entire weekends on his bike.

With some elite athlete-types in the office, Eden’s “I just love to be outside” energy is a breath of fresh air. You’ll find her pushing the buttons on some of our running & general outdoor client partners. And when she’s not doing that, she’ll probably be on a mountain.

Emma keeps the team on an even keel overseeing internal and external operations. She has taken up running over the last couple of years and is targeting various upcoming half marathons.

Jordan is passionate for all things endurance, bringing knowledge and enthusiasm to create personable client relationships. When she’s not at work she is mostly swimming, cycling, running and drinking overpriced coffee.

Ollie brings years of industry experience working in-house with successful cycling brands. He balances client work against managing some of the creative & operational elements of the agency itself. When not in the office, you’ll find him skiing, stressing out about Arsenal, or in the gym doing that Hyrox nonsense.

World champ route builder, aspirational bikepacker, and always up for a daft challenge. Formally a corporate marketeer, now activating paid media for endurance brands, Sam combines his professional experience with a lifelong passion for the outdoors.
