Having worked in commercial and athlete marketing, Alice pairs experience with a passion for sport. When not working she’s putting the rest of the team to shame in training and racing on the bike.

Ollie brings years of industry experience working in-house with successful cycling brands, and will focus on delivering creative and meaningful PR campaigns to our client base. When not in the office, you’ll find him preparing for his next ridiculous cycling or running challenge. Or possibly in the pub.

A creative marketer and social media specialist with a diverse skill set used to devise and deliver data-backed content strategy and campaigns across digital platforms. Ruben blends creativity, an analytical approach and personality with a wealth of experience from his time at Rapha & Specialized.

Emma keeps the team on an even keel overseeing internal and external operations. She has taken up running over the last couple of years and is targeting various upcoming half marathons.

Jordan is passionate for all things endurance, bringing knowledge and enthusiasm to create personable client relationships. When she’s not at work she is mostly swimming, cycling, running and drinking overpriced coffee.

Having worked in the cycling industry her entire professional career, starting at a bike shop, then delivering PR, marketing and partnerships at the biggest bike races in the UK, to now owning a cycling team; Gina brings a breadth of experience and knowledge to PaceUp.
